Meet Dr. Lantelme
Naturopathic Doctor (ND)
Certified Clinical Nutritionist (CCN)
Certified Clinical Herbalist (CCH)
Dr. Emilie Lantelme is committed to learning and listening to each patient's story. She recognizes the importance of investigating the whole person (physical, spiritual, emotional) in order to address the root cause of your symptoms. She would like to help people reconnect to their bodies and experience a newfound sense of energy and well-being by helping you create a self-care routine or ritual that you can follow and feel good about. She practices compassion, patience and understanding when it comes to working through 'hard-to-treat' medical conditions and mystery symptoms. While her training is in primary care, she is most excited about female/male reproductive and sexual health, as well as digestive, autoimmune, musculoskeletal complaints, environmental and mental health. She offers a unique blend of naturopathic treatment (whole foods medicine, botanicals, nutrient support, and counseling) combined with hands-on care such as pelvic floor therapy, abdominal massage, visceral manipulation, craniosacral therapy and yoga as movement therapy.
When Dr. Lantelme is not in the office seeing patients, you can find her being active in the outdoors - hiking, backpacking, skiing, paddle-boarding and rock climbing. In her quiet time, she enjoys cooking, reading, yoga, and spending time with animals.
Dr. Lantelme is most excited about educating patients about their body and providing them with options towards achieving better health -- she would love for everyone to start feeling better!

Testimonials
Why Naturopathic Medicine?
find resolution in your symptoms through the following therapies:

Supplementation
Investigate the root cause of your nutrient deficiency and learn how to become more replete.
Pharmacological Intervention
In Naturopathic medicine, the goal is to aim for the least invasive intervention possible. However, in some cases, a pharmacological therapy may play a role in your treatment plan.
Lifestyle
Learn how to develop better habits, self-care techniques and ways to become more resilient to everyday stress.

Botanical Medicine
Plant medicine is a powerful tool to help nourish the nervous system, improve sleep, facilitate detoxification and support the neurological, cardiovascular and endocrine systems.
Hands-On Touch
The compliment of therapeutic touch can often enhance your clinical session by bringing fresh blood flow and energy to the area in need.
Nutrition
The food that you eat comprises the anatomy of your cells and is a strong predictive factor in how your organs will function. Not every type of food is good for every body, which is why I tailor dietary protocols specific to the individual patient.
